• Key responsibilities: Consumer Experience • Hyper-focused on ensuring a seamless consumer experience in store. • Creates a high energy, compelling store experience for consumers by engaging consumers and modeling appropriate customer service behaviors to other associates. • Store Operations • Achieve store profit target and minimize loss by implementing profit opportunities and actions to maximize sell out. • Plans for the day to identify focus areas to drive KPIs, sets the direction for the team • Stay in-touch and ensure team members are in-touch with local market and current with omnichannel activities in market. • Accountable for ensuring all health and safety procedures, and operational standards are achieved. • Executes store visual standards in accordance with visual merchandising direction, resulting in flawless product presentation and housekeeping standards. • Ensure sound inventory management through following established receiving and sending merchandise processes, completing all required paperwork and following all price change and ticketing procedures. • Leverage new tools and processes to drive revenue and improve consumer experience, not forgetting the everyday basic tasks • Assists in executing floor changes, sales and promotional events timely and effectively for maximum financial results. • Review store sales and KPI’s to identify sales opportunities with the Store Manager/ Supervisor.
