หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. - Resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction. - Demonstrate a professional and friendly attitude when interacting with customers. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services. - Provide accurate information and advice to customers. - Assist customers with placing orders and processing returns. - Monitor customer feedback and provide feedback to management. - Use Microsoft Office and other computer programs to record customer data and generate reports. Shift: 24*7 - Rotational Location: Bhiraj Tower,(BTS Bangna) Good communication in English

• Multiple Skills (Voice and Non - Voice) Freshers are welcome Strong in self learning Able to communicate in English **Test/ Assessment required before interview : English Test and English Email Assessment (Business Email Test)
