Senior Retail Sales (luxury watch)

• • Provide exceptional customer service to all customer, promoting luxury timepieces and product knowledge. • Managing customer relationships and satisfaction through excellence sales service. • Creating and maintaining customers network. • Stay updated on the latest collections, materials, to provide accurate information and recommendations. • Ensuring all products are well-presented and the store's atmosphere aligns with luxury image. • Attending and helping out in corporate and customers’ events and activities. • Good team players whom participate in ensuring the boutiques achieve its target, housekeeping and customer service standards. • Others as assigned.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Minimum university graduate • With at least 3-5 years direct watch retail experience will be considered • Must be fluent in English • Can converse in Mandarin will be a strong advantage • Pleasant personality, energetic, matures with high regards for customers service standards. • Independent, self driven and sales oriented with passion in retail industry. • Strong teamwork skill, must be able to work well with all level colleagues • Able to work retail hours (9.30 – 20.00 hrs.) and up to 5 or 6 days per week including on weekends and public holidays (off days on rotation basis)
