Operations Manager In Call Center

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Manage day to day operations to meet SLAs for all projects
• Make sure all team members are working effectively
• Workforce planning base on business requirement
• Analyze report and come up with solution to solve the problem the present to customer
• Strategic planning,Strong analytical, good critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Coach/mentor Team lead to improve their performance
• Able to manage complex process and project

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any fields
• At least Experience 3 years' experience Operations Manager in Call Center
• Strong communication in English
• Excellent communications, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, presentation skill • Good command of written and spoken English
