• Call Agent (English Skill) - MRT Phetchaburi Station
• Base salary: 27,000 THB
• Average Incentive: 4,000 - 8,000 THB
• Shift Allowance: 100 THB /per day
• Handle English call channel for Shopee cases, providing efficient and professional customer service.
• Ensure timely resolution with accurate, satisfactory answers.
• Escalate and support dissatisfied customers with patience.
• Other tasks as assigned

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• High school diploma to Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Age 23–35 years old
• Experience in Chat Agent, Live Chat, Call Center, Customer Service, or Telesales is an advantage
• Good typing skills with the ability to communicate effectively in writing
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle situations quickly
• Work 5 days per week with 2 days off (according to assigned schedule in advance)
• Able to work on shifts (based on pre-assigned schedule)
