Sales Manager (Studio Shop)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Base Salary: THB 25,000 – 35,000 (depending on experience).
• Individual Incentives: THB 10,000 – 30,000.
• Team Target Bonus: THB 8,500 – 30,000.
• Key Responsibilities:
• 1.Drive sales and profitability by leading the team to meet targets and increase foot traffic.
• 2.Manage weekly scheduling for a 2-3 person team to ensure operational efficiency.
• 3.Develop staff in accordance with company standards and policies.
• 4.Uphold service standards and implement swift corrective actions when needed.
• 5.Resolve customer issues and inquiries professionally to maintain high satisfaction.
• 6.Execute additional tasks as assigned to support overall business objectives.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales team management.
• Proficient in English communication.
