Accounting Officer (AR)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsible for all payment transactions, both local vendors and overseas vendors.
• Prepare withholding tax reconciliation and submit to Revenue department (PND.1, 3, 53, 54, and Porpor 36).
• Generate Debit note & Credit note to related parties.
• Fixed asset control, to perform yearly physical count, disposal, and write off fixed assets.
• Check and post international freight expenses and vat related.
• Managed about custom fee expenses, insurance expenses and pallet container expenses.
• Prepared about reimbursement expenses staff, PO invoice factory and PO invoice shipping.
• Check and post VAT of shipping expenses and verify VAT documents with transaction in SAP.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• Have an experience in accounting payment function at least 1 years.
• Have an experience in SAP program will be advantage.
• Good in English both communication & writing.
• Good command of MS Office.
