• 1. Answer calls professionally and respond to customer inquiries in English communication 2. Handle and resolve customer complaints. 3. คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• 1. Bachelor degree in any field 2. Ability to work under pressure 3. Good command of English Reading and writing 4. Good command of English speaking is a plus 5. Fresh Graduates are welcome (Having experienced in Customer Service field is a plus) 6. Able to work shift rotation (9:00 - 18:00 / 13:00 - 22:00 / 22:00 - 7:00)
