หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Provide general information relating to Service Business such as Banking - Handle and resolve customer complaints, provide customers with product and service information by the telephone or E-mail - To answer calls professionally respond to customer inquiries by searching required information using available resources - Negotiation to solve customer’s problem Obtain customer information to enter to CRM system

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Male or Female, Thai Nationality Only. - At least high school until Bachelor degree graduated related to Service business or related fields. Fresh graduate welcome * - Good service-minded, good personality, interpersonal and communication skill - Positive thinking, active, fast learning, enthusiastic and good relationship. - Good command of written/ spoken English. - Computer literate in MS Office. - Ability to work effectively under pressure. - Be able to work on Saturday - Sunday for rotating. - Must be able to work on shift schedule. (shift-work 8 hrs per day and 5 days per weeks) - Experienced in Customer Service, Call Center or Customer Complaint would be advantage.
