Counter Manager (For Cosmetic, Skin Care)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Key responsibilities • Optimizing sales performance and the store’s profitability. • Analyzing the valuation of sales performance and applying adapted solutions. • Establishing loyalty and increasing local customers, promoting and favoring customer service. • Participating in training and using acquired knowledge, and, sharing that knowledge with other members of the team. • Anticipating, and being reactive when there are promotional actions from competitors. • Controlling daily check-lists. • Supervising the distressing of the stores and furniture. • Ensuring, in association with Supply Chain and Category Management, good provision control and optimal stocks. • Organizing the Sales team work, and managing planning in accordance with store activities, and evaluating each employee twice a year . • Experience in beauty industry is preferable

• • Female or Male, age over 27 years old , Thai nationality • Bachelor ‘s degree or diploma • Pleasant appearance with a clear complexion • Dynamic, service minded with result oriented • Excellence communication skills in English, • Able to work in shift, weekends and public holidays
