• Manage service on hardware and software specific to Mainframe platform technical support, implementation, system management and maintenance according to standard and security guideline. • Deliver on service commitments and participate in account plan • Ensure positive client satisfaction and relationship • Participate in technical proposal preparation • Provide technical support and participate in the Change Control Board and Change Control Process • Drive and manage subcontractors and third party providers
