• Perform knowledge transfer to the client team • Ensure deliverables and milestones are met • Be able to communicate clearly & concisely to the client’s development team, as well as upwards to the FileNet Architect & Designer • Adhere to IBM & BBL development standards • Analyze solution design requirements and determine the appropriate technical approach, including implementation specifications • Report progress to the Project Management Office when required • Work in conjunction with the Architecture Team to understand requirements and create detailed design documents and specifications • Demonstrate hands-on development skills, especially with complex technical challenges

• Ability to demonstrate technical proficiency with FileNet as well as general familiarity with the other solution components (listed above) • Ability to meet deadlines • Knowledge of loan origination solutions in a corporate banking environment is desirable • Experience working with diverse multi-cultural teams is highly desirable • Working experience in Thailand is a plus • Sound written and oral communication skills are desired • Ability to work independently with limited supervision, as required • Ability to rapidly produce prototypes in a JAD / RAD workshop situation Experience: Candidates should be seasoned with demonstrated hands-on project delivery experience.
