• Perform knowledge transfer to the client team • Ensure deliverables & milestones are met • Demonstrate technical leadership in guiding the Functional Team towards appropriate rule syntax, structure, and form • Be able to communicate clearly & concisely to the client’s development team, as well as upwards to the Solution Architect • Adhere to the organization’s development standards • Analyze iLOG solution design requirements and determine the appropriate technical approach, including implementation specifications • Serve as a technical advisor on iLOG components to the remainder of the Development Team • Participate in technical reviews as required • Report progress to the Project Management Office • Work in conjunction with the Architecture Team to understand requirements and create detailed design documents and specifications • Demonstrate hands-on development skills, especially in troubleshooting complex technical challenges • Professional IT experience in a large organization with complex, multi-tiered technical solutions, including hosted environments, mainframes, and mid-range platforms

• Ability to demonstrate technical proficiency with iLOG as well as general familiarity with the other solution components (listed above) • Ability to meet deadlines • Knowledge of loan origination solutions in a corporate banking environment • Experience working with diverse multi-cultural teams is highly desirable • Working experience in Thailand is a plus • Sound written and oral communication skills • Ability to work independently with limited supervision, as required • Ability to rapidly produce prototypes in a JAD / RAD workshop situation
