The role requires at least 7-10 years of strong PowerBuilder programmer analyst experience - successfully developing software on large scale multi-tier projects. Experience working in object oriented technologies is a requirement. The programmer analyst must have a strong track record of successful development. The role requires strong programmer analyst skills and strong communication skills as the individual will be interfacing with the various teams, business analysts, and an offshore development team. Programmer analyst will be responsible for understanding the full project lifecycle to successfully deliver quality work products on-schedule. The programmer analyst will need to juggle numerous tasks simultaneously and be able to coordinate communication with colleagues and report risk and status to team lead or manager. The programmer analyst should be able to quickly assimilate into the team and learn the company's software development methodologies.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED • Strong PowerBuilder skills • SQL • At least 7-10+ years programmer analyst experience using object oriented concepts • Strong programming skills.
