• Single point of contact for definition of services required to support • Manages the batch operations required for non-production for Mainframe, AS/400, TANDEM • Coordinate and assist KBank's Test Manager • Managing the execution of batch jobs from multiple vendors and applications • Perform batch model execution • Worked with multiple vendors and technology platforms to manage batch job execution • Activate the escalation procedures in case of job failures • Reporting
