• Develop knowledge of all product lines in order to provide technical support upon request inside and outside company. • Unix command, shell script, SQL command • Able to write basic program i.e. C#, C and Java but need not to write program. • Like to work on operation, finding Log, analyze problem and co-ordinate withsystem analyst • Provide application assistance on equipment recommendations. • Attend new and existing product training seminars to increase product troubleshooting skills, application knowledge, and product awareness in order to maintain technical expertise. • Conduct product-training classes for work groups covering both the technical and application aspects of the product.

* Technical support 3 positions. Contract 3 months / Renewal, Work location : BTS Aree, salary range 25,000 – 50,000 baht * • Female (Thai nationality only), Age 24-27 years old • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Telecommunication, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field • 1-3 Years of Experience in Telecom or related field • Knowledge Good knowledge of PC hardware and software • Knowledge of Windows Server Family, Windows Workstation, SQL Server 2005/2008. • Energetic, dynamic, service-minded, and good team player, able to work under pressure. • Good communication, interpersonal, problem diagnosing and solving skills • Good command of English both written & spoken plus computer literacy
