• (Onsite BTS Aree for leading IT company, contract 12 months with renewal) (Onsite for leading Thai Bank on Rama 3 Rd., contract 12 months with renewal) Responsibilities : • Handle an incoming calls and provide information regarding package delivery (i.e. tracking, custom clearance and etc). • Provide information regarding package delivery • Track postal status, Custom Clearance and etc. • Able to work shift including weekends Qualifications • Thai Nationality Male/Female, Age 20 years old up • Bachelor Degree in any field • 0-5 years of working experience • Good Computer skills in MS Office, Word & Excel is a must • Able to written and spoken English skills (with English Test result i.e. TOEIC, IELT, TOEFL) • Able to work on shift under pressure and handle customers complaints • Have service mind and good attitude, Flexible and serviced-minded • Team player with high level of commitment
