• Urgent required Capacity/IIB Developer (Onsite MRT Rama 9 for leading Telecom company, contract 12 months with renewal) Capacity Developer Job Description The person will Manage a global team of highly skilled and motivated operational individuals to ensure the following : - Develop and mentor the team to deliver a high quality operational environment for our customers and internal users - Attract and acquire operationally minded individuals that are skilled in automation, operations and thrive in a DevOps culture - Have experiences of Infrastructure Project assessment, assignment, resource allocation, etc also ensure audit compliance (e.g SOC 2, FISMA, FedRAMP, ISO27001) - Daily and monthly (off hours) code release coordination and support - Ensure disaster recovery capabilities are maintained and tested for all mission critical business systems - Capacity planning and metrics for production sizing and costs - Maintain high uptime standards (> 99.9%) by metrics collection and enhanced monitoring - Manage all needed Operating and Capital expenditures following the IBM processes - Provide technical guidance on some of the following technology stacks -Linux,Windows,Networking,Database,Storage,Application stacks,Cloud IaaS and SaaS offerings - Understand and provide guidance to the business on the technology stack licensing and its impact to the bottom line - Partner with Development, Release Management, and Customer Service teams to ensure all infrastructure related needs are covered - Proper annual budgeting for Operational and Capital expenditures & monitor throughout the year Qualifications:- - Over 7 years experience in IT management and methodology experience in similar solution - Fluent both of Thai and English - Cilent facing are required - Can work under pressure IIB Developer Responsibilities The role will require a confident, customer facing, professional that is capable of delivering and presenting solutions from conception through to delivery. It is expected that the successful candidate is eager to learn new and emerging technologies and keen to apply their existing skills and experience in integration into IBM\\\'s cloud and cognitive strategy. Qualifications : - Experience in designing and developing complex integration projects using IBM Integration Bus (IIB) / WebSphere Message Broker /WebSphere MQ - Experience with development using a broad variety of integration techniques, patterns, tools and methodologies - Experience in utilizing IIB and/or WebSphere Message Broker in a high volume environment, including tuning, monitoring, load balancing, and high-availability operations In-depth knowledge of standards/technologies that enable messaging, including JMS, MQ, XML, WSDL, SOAP, HTTP, HTTPS, other forms of security. - A strong track record in integration development, maintenance and support - Well-developed skills in personal planning & organization - Highly developed Analytical and problem solving Skills Effective participation in a team environment . (Agile) - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong consulting background.
