Social Media Executive

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• RESPONSIBILITIES • Operate as a full-time Social admin to collect leads from social media and respond to customer inquiry and feedbacks of products and services • Develop social media strategy to create content calendar and feed regular content (Arabic and English) marketing materials to multiple social media channels. This includes, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, Google +, and YouTube. • Assist in designing and developing of creative artwork of social marketing materials in the range of social posts, clips, ads, events, and articles on a daily basis. Materials include social media template, icon, symbol, character for content-related, and info-graphic. • Grow the target audiences through viral engagement and providing them regular, helpful contents that are relevant to their needs. • Actively engages customers with online communications and its product/service offerings through facilitation of conversations as well as answering questions and help resolve customer issues. • Track and analyze social engagement, then work with the team to develop key metrics and define success of social media positioning. • Contribute to digital marketing efforts in the range of email marketing, e-newsletter, display ads, online articles (blog), web marketing contents, and marketing promotion materials. • Ensure the consistency of brand positioning, brand personality, and mood & tone to exist in all digital marketing materials. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS • Bachelor\'s Degree in marketing, business, communications, or related fields. • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce business, or related industry. • Good command of English and Arabic • Marketing agency experience is preferred. • Proven engagement experience with followers across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, Google +, or YouTube. • Highly experience in designing commercial advertising material, layout, and design using Photoshop or comparable visual design tools. • In-depth knowledge and understanding of social content marketing and advertising platforms. • Experience in social measurement tools (Facebook Insights) and web analytical tools (Google Analytics or WebTrends), with a good understanding of how to do social analytics and reporting. • Good understanding of digital marketing landscape, tools and technology, and campaign launch. • Strong communication/interpersonal skills and cross-functional collaboration.
