• A Health Club Manager manages the experience within the Health and Activities but ensuring that Members and Guests are satisfied and that Team Members are prepared to proactively assist with Member needs.

• <p><font color="#0000CD"><b><u>Responsibilities</u> :-</b></font><br> - Manage all of health club business unit (sales, customer services, club operations, activities, marketing and product development)<br> - Developing strategies and implementing plans to launch new products.<br> - Seeking out and targeting sales opportunities and new channels and initiating action plans to sell the company&rsquo;s products.<br> - Ensure that long-term planned productivity is effectively set and achieved.<br> Planning and forecasting finances and budgets based on market situation.<br> - Initiating new methods to improve overall business operations.</p> <p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&#61623;&nbsp; Build the Health Club&rsquo;s annual budget and operate within financial targets<br> &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&#61623;&nbsp; Manage customer feedback effectively to ensure continuous improvement in the service and programs offered to Guests and Members<br> &nbsp;</p> <p><font color="#0000CD"><u><b>Qualification</b></u><b>&nbsp;:-</b></font></p> <p>1. &nbsp; &nbsp;Male/Female Age 28-35 years old.<br> 2. &nbsp; &nbsp;Able to manage multiple tasks with good problem-solving skills<br> 3. &nbsp; &nbsp;Very good communication and negotiation skills<br> 4.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <i><font color="#0000CD">Good command of English</font></i><br> 5.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Previous experience in the sale and retention of health club memberships, preferred<br> <br> <br> <b><font color="#006400">** Interested please send your resume indicating qualifications and experience, transcript, expected salary and recent photo to e-mail: recruit@flowhousebangkok.com&nbsp;</font></b><strong style="color: #0000ff;">or Contact HR &amp; Admin Department : 0-2108-5210 # 116 - 117 , Fax: 0-2108-5217</strong></p>
