หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Monitor and respond to system alerts and incidents on AWS and Azure platforms
• Perform initial analysis and troubleshooting to identify issues
• Restore system functionality and minimize downtime (Recovery)
• Continuously monitor system performance using monitoring tools and dashboards
• Analyze logs, metrics, and events to identify root causes (RCA)
• Utilize internal knowledge base and standard procedures for issue resolution
• Take full ownership of incidents from detection to closure
• Track incident progress and ensure resolution within SLA
• Communicate status updates clearly with stakeholders and users
• Escalate complex issues to relevant teams (e.g., DevOps, Infrastructure, Vendors)
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution
• Follow up until incidents are fully resolved
• Prepare incident reports including root cause and impact analysis
• Document solutions and update knowledge base for future reference
• Identify improvement areas to prevent recurring issues
