Senior / Lead Data Scientist

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Design, develop, validate, and maintain Credit Scoring models, including Application Scorecards and Behavioral Scorecards.
• Develop predictive risk models such as Probability of Default (PD), Loss Given Default (LGD), and other portfolio risk indicators.
• Perform feature engineering, model selection, performance evaluation, and model calibration to improve credit decision accuracy.
• Analyze customer behavior and portfolio performance to identify risk trends and emerging patterns.
• Develop and deploy machine learning models using structured and transactional data from internal and external sources.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics to support business objectives
• Ensure model documentation, validation, and governance standards are maintained
• Establish best practices for model development, testing, validation, monitoring, and documentation
• Serve as a technical advisor to business stakeholders regarding analytics and machine learning initiatives

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Financial Engineering, Economics, or related quantitative fields.
• Minimum 3–6 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Credit Risk Analytics, or related fields.
• Proven experience in developing Credit Scoring, Risk Models, Collection Analytics, or related predictive models.
• Strong understanding of consumer lending, leasing, credit risk management, and portfolio analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience working with large-scale structured datasets.
