IT Support (Internship)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Hardware & OS Support: Hands-on experience in diagnosing and resolving PC/Laptop hardware and OS issues (e.g., BSOD, RAM failures).
• Network & Router Configuration: Basic knowledge of home network setup and Wi-Fi router configuration post-ISP installation (e.g., Wi-Fi password setup, SSID management).
• Network Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose network connectivity issues and handle basic IP/network configurations (e.g., Static IP setup).
• Remote Desktop Tools: Familiarity with remote support software such as AnyDesk, TeamViewer, or Windows Remote Desktop (RDP).
