หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

- แก้ไขปัญหา Hardware, Software, Network
- Install, Upgrade Computer Hardware / Software
- ประสานงานแก้ไขปัญหา
- แก้ไขแล้ววิเคาระห์ปัญหา สาเหตุวิธีแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้น
- Call / Remote Support
- ปฏิบัติงานตามที่หัวหน้างานมอบหมาย
- มี Service Mind และมีใจรักงานบริการ
