Marketing manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Gathers and analyzes information to identify new markets and customers, demand for products and services, and efficacy of existing marketing campaigns and strategies. • Conducts market research, sales forecasting, and strategic planning to assess and ensure the sale and profitability of products. • Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in the market; identifies needs for new products. • Conceptualize and execute on multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels • Plan and manage the release of new products and coordinates promotional activities or trade shows. • Oversee all Marketing Communication and Activities • Develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-­facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets • Control and follow up on the team's performance in accordance with the marketing strategic plan.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field. • 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, NPD from Food &Beverage;, FMCG • Good in business planning and budget management • Excellent leadership, people management, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Strong on Strategy, Communication and Presentation skills. • Creative thinker, analytical and proactive with a passion for building brands, Implement marketing plan. • Good relationship building and teamwork. • Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously. • Good command in English
