Sales Management Analyst/Sales Promotion

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Analyze market trends and develop sales promotion & campaign for all brands • Plan and manage the implementation of activities (for distributor) in order to generate sales for all brands • Analyze data to forecast sales trend and present insightful sales analysis to management. • Provide action plan to optimize sales value to sustain sales growth. • Analyze competitor strategies, pricing models,provide insights to support the development of competitive sales strategie • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with ongoing marketing initiatives. • Assist in setting sales targets and quotas for individual sales representatives and teams. • Oversee and control the company’s marketing budget to align with company policy while maximizing sales volumes • Competitor monitoring, track result and feedback of sales promotional campaign and report to supervisor for decision making

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. • At least 2-5 years of sales promotion or marketing promotion experience in the retail business is preferable • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. • Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies. • A professional communication style for working with both internal and external partners and strong presentation skills
