IT Specialist

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• IT Specialist is responsible for the effective operation of Company information system and technology and network communication. His/her main duties are as follows • In charge of assessing the security threats that the system and network may be vulnerable to, then choosing methods for defending against those threats • Plan the strategies which include the use of network operating systems, specific firewall technologies, intrusion protection and detection, password systems, encryption methods, user access rights, system trace logs and more. • Performing various sensitive of infrastructure operations and key risk management • Network design and plan for upgrade • Provides support to users in resolving software and hardware problems • Relays important and/or urgent messages to IT team members when needed • Security study on programming and the development methods used on the Internet • Establish policy and procedures for provision of data backup and recovery via relevant tools • Develop plans and procedures for business continuity • Co-ordinate with other teams to provide network integration solutions and operations to support corporate services including managing the implementations to ensure users satisfaction
