Inventory Controller

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Primary objective of this role will be to maintain adequate levels of stock to meet daily distribution demands while minimizing excess supply. Monitor stock hold Key-in the inventory data into SAP when receiving new items or delivering out monthly update of YTD Purchases (PO placed & Actual Invoice) review documentation and monitor product codes to search for discrepancies; troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between stock and records Ensure accurate purchase price maintenance in the Navision System Perform critical inventory tasks to ensure the correct amount of items are in stock Track rates of accuracy, purchase, and return as well as defective items to inform quality control decisions Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers and cycle counts Other duties as required

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's Degree Minimum of one year of related experience in retail, wholesale, warehousing, or logistics Proficient with computers and other standard office technology Computer literate with knowledge Specialist program, Microsoft Office, Excel ERP / SAP Ability to Manage Time and Workload Effectively.
