Responsible for store monthly planning and execution of E-Commerce business objectives within assigned categories across all cross functional department.
Drive Category Conversion, Revenue, Profit, and positive product and store reviews through SKU display accuracy, flash sales slots, and join campaigns.
Manage operational online store including but not limited to creating and maintaining store content, ensuring all content is up to date, and adding products to store categories.
Know how to plan effectively and execute according to the customer requirements, market trend brand objectives and budget.
Create marketing strategy, sales report, and data analysis, Creating, testing, and iterating targeted segmented adverts (Lazada, Shopee, etc) as well as managing day-to-day social media implementation.
Optimize the usage of online platform marketing tools.
Act as liaison officer to communicate all online stores' programs and needs with the third-party marketplace.
Coordinate with other departments, Customer service, and Warehouse for better results. Manage and monitor the online store's stock.
Keep up to date with industry trends, conduct competitor research, and anticipate changes in Customer demand patterns.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field.
3+ years in eCommerce (Lazada, Shopee, etc), retail, and/or industry experience in buying, inventory planning, merchandising or online marketing/analytics.
Good understanding in e-commerce concept. Advanced skill of Microsoft Excel for data analysis, Data-driven, self-motivated leader, can-do attitude, flexible, open and supportive mindset
