หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

•  Follow up line balance  Analyse and help solve bottom neck with production team  Calculate production and Co-Ordinate OUT PUT.  Prepare summary report efficiency and low performance  Management of process equipment (OEM = Original Equipments manufacturing)  Analyze statistical from process (scrap, downtime, cycle time, dimensional capability etc.) and recommend/implement appropriate improvements.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• <ul> <li>At least Bachelor Degree in Textile Engineer</li> <li>Good command of spoken and written English, Thai or Laos</li> <li>At Least 4-5 years experience in the same position from Garment Manufacturer</li> <li>Excellent knowledge of Method &amp; Process of Garment Manufacturer</li> <li>Able to lead, coordinate and train a team</li> <li>Able to do Line Balancing, Line layout and Time Study</li> <li>Proficient in Computer applications</li> <li><b>Any Nationality able to speak Thai /Laos are welcome to apply</b></li> <li><b>&nbsp;Base at factory in VIENTIANE &ndash; LAOS</b></li> </ul>
