System Engineer-IT Security

• Key Responsibilities: - Pre/Post Sales Support focus on IT Security Products (75% software and 25% hardware) - Provide Support and Troubleshooting for customer - Demo / Proof of concept / Train by product - Provide excellent services to make client satisfied via phone and/or Onsite Qualification: - Thai Nationality, age 22 - 28 years old. - Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other computer/IT related fields. - 0 - 2 years experience in design, install, maintain, troubleshoot in IT Security Products - Knowledge of computer network, network protocol, routing fundamental, computer/network security, system configuration which includes wireless, switch, firewall, router, proxy, log management and server configuration - Possessing some specialist / expert level or certification from well-known IT Security products such as Trend Micro, Symantec, Barracuda, CISCO, Juniper, Palo Alto, BlueCoat, Aruba, Ruckus, ArcSight, QRadar, etc. would be a plus - Experience with Security Identity and Access Management would be a plus - Good command of reading and listening English - Good customer service mind and customer relationship creation. - Willing to adapt to new technology and keen on developing himself. - Can perform work offsite in Bangkok and other provinces
