หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• • Overall in procurement/Customer Services/Import-Export management. • Collaborate with the CS teams at HQ. • Manage all the Oversea Communication /Email with the Customer’s • Tracing and giving the accuracy information to the customer. • Provide the PO document/Order confirmation/shipping document/Weekly and Monthly reports. • Manage and execute purchasing activities according to policies and procedures while ensuring Company’s objectives are supported and met. • Dealing, negotiate with a local vendors, shipping and forwarder company. • Coordinate with internal and external teams. call to Dealer

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• • 1 – 2 years working experiences in logistics, customer services and Import-Export. • Male/ Female, not over 35 years old • Bachelor degree in any field • Good verbal and written English communication skills. • Problem solving and decision making ability, Initiative and Optimistic. • Team player that easily adapts to change. • Proficient in computer literacy and able to use in operating of Microsoft office program (Excel, Words, Power point) • Capable of handling multiple high pressure tasks. • Enthusiasm characteristic.
