Senior Software Tester

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• · Manage the test resources of Quality team to deliver the best quality software in a limited project timeline. · Improve the software testing process of this company. · Gathering requirement and understanding business processes include specific requirement of individual offices/regions. · Share idea/assumption as part of team brainstorming and make decision · Develop test plan and test case, execute test, report test status, review test result of team members. · Manage the software development plan and monitor overall progress of the project releases. · Manage multiple projects in the same period. · Internal daily meeting with Quality team. · Daily meeting with projects' team for updating test status and escalating/follow up the issues found. · Work closely with CIO, IT Director, PM/BA, and Development Leads. · Monitor critical/high severity tickets/issues after production deployment and escalate to project teams.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• <div>&middot;<span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span>Bachelor&#39;s or Master Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related fields</div> <div>&middot;<span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span>Fluent in both written and spoken in English</div> <div>&middot;<span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span>At least 5-year experience in software testing, business analyst or software development</div> <div>&middot;<span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span>Having experiences in managing project is a plus</div> <div>&middot;<span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span>Working experience in international company is a plus</div> <div>&middot;<span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span>Able to work independently and with minimal supervision</div> <div>&middot;<span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span>Able to work under pressure and deliver product with high quality and time.</div>
