หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• -Plan and manage to achieve overall budgets including sales, margin, inventory, and markdown costs -Manage Open-to-Buy to maximize full price sales by ensure historical captured as well as implementing business strategy -Manage in-season risks and opportunities and identify action plans to deliver KPIs -Work closely with the buying/Sourcing teams to accurately forecast trends, plan product range and promotion -Forecast, monitor and analyze sales, promotion, and inventory performance

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• -Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply chain, Accounting, Finance or related field -5 years' working experience, preferably commercial or retailing background -Strong analytical & problem solving skills -Well-organized and pro-active with great attention to details and adaptable to the fast-pace of retail business dynamics -Must have good interpersonal skills and be able to work on tight deadlines -Computer literacy e.g. MS Excel, PowerPoint with good numerical skills -Excellent command of written and spoken English -Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint. -Proficient in spoken and written English
