-Organizing, directing all Human Resources activities to support the company\'s overall business strategy. -Manage and handle HRM functions including manpower planning, recruitment and selection, employment, performance management etc. -Develop recruitment channel, implement and update procedures to recruit, interview and select candidates. -Managing all payroll activity and conducting welfare, benefits and salary reviews.

-Thai nationality, age over 30 years old. Bachelor degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Political or related field. -At least 7 years in HR roles and responsibilities, at least 4 years in management level (Food Manufacturing experience preferred) -Pleasant personality with strong analytical, communication skills and multitasking abilities is required. -Labor Law knowledge would be an advantage. -Good command in English and computer literacy. -Able to work Monday to Saturday*
