Branch Manager (Car Rental) Phuket based

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• -Responsible for the day to day running of the location with key focus being on fleet planning, people management, cost control and customer service. -Delivery of a first class customer service. -Target, monitor and develop staff to achieve and exceed branch targets. -Ensure regular business development contact with prospective and existing business in order to maximize opportunities. -Ensure the branch has the correct fleet mix to achieve and exceed overall branch utilisation targets.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• -Thai nationality, age over 30 years old. -Bachelor Degree or higher in any related field. -Previous people management, sales and customer service experience. -Previous background in car rental would be an advantage but not essential. -Planning & Organisation skills preferably with fleet/logistics experience. -Presentation, selling and negotiation skills, together with the ability to produce results and exceed targets. -Fluent in spoken and written English or Chinese***
