BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER (HEAD OFFICE)

• DESCRIPTION The Business Development Officer will be responsible for planning and recruiting the franchisees for GA. They will be responsible for developing franchising opportunities and for offering continuous support to franchisees, to ensure the overall success of the franchisor as well as the franchisee. HIGHLIGHTS + Franchise Expansion + Franchise Business Promotion ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY • Prepare and execute the marketing strategy for the Company's franchise opportunity by acquiring prospects and attracting new franchisees. • Identify and research potential markets to launch new franchisees/ centers. • Screen potential franchisees by analyzing investment requirements, the potential of a franchisee, financials, franchisee experience, and vision. • Run feasibility, financial simulation, and P&L for franchise center recruiting process. • Finalize the deal with the franchisee by negotiating the terms and conditions of each franchisee agreement. • Coordinate with franchisee and related function for franchise store opening process. • Work together with the FCS Support Officer to provide franchisee support and services. • Prepare a report to management on various aspects. • Provide franchisee sales and recruitment materials. • Provide and facilitate franchisee’s contract and related documents.’ • Monitor competitor activity in the market and make adjustments to marketing campaigns as needed. • Attend trade exhibitions, events, business gatherings, or business meetings to present the franchise opportunities.

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• QUALIFICATIONS • Male or Female. Age 27-40 years old. • Bachelor/Master's Degree in Business Administration, or related fields. • Able to travel upcountry. • Have your own vehicle. • Have strong presentation and negotiation skills. • At least 2 years of working experience in Franchise Management, Business Development, or Sale. • Be able to set work priorities, and organize and manage work effectively according to timeline and action plan • Be able to deliver a clear message and have good communication skills. • Be able to analyze the financial, critical data, and information. • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Be able to prepare useful presentations including graphs, infographics, etc. • Has good communication skill and be able to communicate and work with cross-functional effectively. • Has good negotiation skills, and be able to handle critical case with a franchisee. • Able to communicate in English.
