Product Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Collect and define product requirements and specifications to solve problems creatively and effectively - Own features and user experience to deliver exceptional product that exceeds users' expectation - Collect data, user feedback, and market research to identify areas for product improvement. - Prepares product user guides, tutorials and FAQs for internal and external use and manages internal Product Knowledge Database - Manage product timeline, feature prioritization, and version release - Collaborate with stakeholders in the analysis, design, configuration, testing and maintenance of the systems to ensure optimal operational performance

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - At least a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or IT-related field - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English - Strong analytical skills and creative problem solving skills - Able to multi-task, adapt and work under high pressure and tight timelines - Passion for start-up culture - Experience in product management, UI, or UX design is a plus
