Responsible

• Plan and define short-term and long-term marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives. Develop and manage the annual Marketing Plan, including controlling and optimizing the marketing budget to ensure maximum effectiveness and ROI.
• Plan, execute, and oversee online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Work closely with the sales team to support lead generation and sales conversion.
• Ensure brand image and marketing communications are consistent across all channels.
• Manage digital marketing channels, including social media, online advertising, website, CRM, and email marketing.
• Analyze market data, customer behavior, and campaign performance to continuously improve marketing strategies.
• Prepare marketing performance reports and present results to management on a regular basis.
• Achieve sales targets as assigned.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in marketing, with 2+ years in a managerial or leadership role
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy, branding, and integrated marketing communications
• Proven experience in planning, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns both online and offline
• Proficient in digital marketing channels such as social media, paid ads, SEO/SEM, CRM, email marketing
• Ability to analyze market trends, consumer insights, and campaign performance using data and KPIs
• Experience in budget planning and marketing cost control
• Strong leadership, team management, and cross-functional coordination skills
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Able to work under pressure, manage multiple projects
