• Recruitment Consultant Gummy Bear Recruitment Company is a next generation service provider, set-up to respond to ongoing demand for staff in the highly competitive Thai labor market. We operate on a contingent basis and focus on junior to mid-level office and service staff with English language skills. Gummy Bear is a "greenfield" setup that has been able to take advantage of the latest developments in technologies and systems, enabling our staff to be very effective and productive in their work. And at Gummy Bear, we actively pursue all requirements, working closely with clients until we complete assignments to ensure the best outcome for everyone. The role: - Manage recruitment assignments including communications and negotiations with clients and candidates - Help/support other staff with their work - Support the company's core values including respect for client and candidate confidentiality, effective use of technology, and that staff enjoy their work in a fun and flexible environment

• <p><strong style="font-family: Tahoma; font-size: 13px;">About you:</strong></p> <ul style="font-family: Tahoma; font-size: 13px;"> <li>Solid background (at lest 2 years) in the Recruitment sector which should include at least one year working for a recruitment agency</li> <li>Enjoy working and communicating with staff, candidates and clients</li> <li>Be flexible and open to using new technologies and approaches</li> <li>Thai national with good English skills</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <div style="font-family: Tahoma; font-size: 13px;"><strong>An attractive remuneration package will be discussed with candidates on an individual basis.</strong></div>
