The Role: Manage day-today operations of the sales team, and ensure that they meet/exceed membership targets Recruit, train, motivate and retain a high performance sales team Refine and implement sales strategies, and ensure timely management reporting As part of the management team you will also assist with operations, customer service, administration and people manager

About you: At least 2 years' experience in a similar position which demonstrates maturity and appropriate leadership skills Good track record in sales with the ability to ensure (team) targets are met company's goal Solid background / experience in delivering high quality customer service Knowledge/experience in Health / Fitness sector preferred; any relevant qualifications would be an advantage (including first aid certification) Excellent communicator with good MS Office and CRM skills Very good English required and must be fluent in Thai language
