Product Development Manager

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• 1. Responsible for product development projects for the fine jewelry business from conceptual design, sample mock-up, to final production. (รับผิดชอบการพัฒนาสินค้าตั้งแต่ คอนเซป, สินค้าตัวอย่าง, ไปจนถึงการผลิตตัวจริง) 2. You will collaborate with both internal and external CAD designers and control design creation / modification; and collaborate with QC team to finalize the fine jewelry product quality in the product development projects. (ประสานงานกับCAD ดีไซเนอร์เพื่อควบคุมการผลิต การแก้ไข และคุณภาพของการผลิตสินค้า) 3. develop product spec sheets, bills of material, new sample creation, organization of production (non web quality) photos, CNC, RP and outside vendor relations. (สามารถเขียนใบรายการวัตถุดิบของการผลิตสินค้่าและสามารถติดต่อกับผู้ขายวัตถุดิบได้อย่างคล่องแคล่ว) 4. Draw and design mold plastic products, vaccume mold and follow up and take care correct like (model) to give straight according to a customer wants. (สามารถออกแบบสินค้าตัวอย่างเพื่อนำเสนอกับลูกค้าและแก้ไขตามที่ลูกค้าต้องการได้) 5. Responsible for mold and wax control including rubber molds and wax designs. (ควบคุมวัตถุดิบการผลิตสินค้าตัวอย่างเช่น แม่พิมพ์ยาง และสินค้าแว็กซ์) 6. Make data check cheet and writing report . -Photograph mould history. -ability control machine injection (จัดทำรายงานการใช้วัตถุดิบ การควบคุมเครื่องอัด แม่พิมพ์ และเครื่อง CNC) 7. Document and prepare costing of new samples (gold, labor, stone, diamond, component) (จัดทำรายงานค่าใช้จ่ายในเรื่องการผลิตสินค้าตัวอย่าง)
