หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Job Descriptions : - Handle all Human Resources Management relating to recruitment, training & development, personnel administration and employees relations, performance management, compensation and benefits - Develop, implement and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure effective, fair and consistent management - Provide guidance and coaching to management and employees as appropriate - Monitor and review Staff Performance Appraisal processes whilst continually striving to improve and develop management processes - Maintain proper security to protect the integrity of HR information system and confidentiality of personnel data - Develop a training plan within organization - Control HR cost to derive maximum benefit

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Qualifications : - Male / Female ,aged over 35 years old - Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resources Management ,Organization Development or related fields - At least 10 years’ experience in handling all scopes of HR - Ability to cope with all aspects Human Resources function and good cooperation - Strong interpersonal skills with ability to develop effective relationships with people at all levels in the organization - Having good negotiation and communication skills - Having knowledge of Labor Laws and other related laws - Must be experience in handing Payroll and related activities - Good command in English and computer skill
