• Job Descriptions: •Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards of a 5-star hotel •Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service •Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements •Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns •Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel •Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures •Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork •Comply with all health and safety regulations •Report on management regarding sales results and productivity •Review the operational procedures of F&B activities with the intent of cost reduction accruing from manpower, food/beverage wastage, utilities, etc. •Monitor the performance of each outlet against the set targets and to take appropriate action to bring the results to the budget.

• Role Summary: A professional food and beverage manager to be responsible for managing all F&B operations and for delivering an excellent guest experience. The successful candidate will be able to forecast, plan and manage all F&B orders, staff, cost and budget. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement. Requirements: •University or college degree in F&B Hospitality Management or related field. •5+ years of food and beverages experience and 2+ years of management experience. •Superior written and verbal communications skills in English & Thai, coupled with excellent interpersonal and group communication skills •Ability to speak and write in English will be advantage •Excellent record of kitchen management •Working knowledge of various computer software programs. The successful candidate will be: •Customer focused and service minded •Strong relationship management •Highly collaborative •Creative and analytical •Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices •A strong communicator, consultant and influencer •Able to work well under pressure •Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
