Accounting Officer (Fresh Graduates Welcome)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Review, verify, and process accounts payable transactions, including expense accruals and payment settlements.
• Record petty cash reimbursements and staff advance payments, including advance clearance transactions.
• Prepare recurring journal entries (Journal Vouchers), such as accrued expenses and other accounting adjustments.
• Perform and follow up on account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Prepare expense analysis reports for assigned accounts and provide supporting information when required.
• Carry out other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting. (Fresh Graduates Welcome)
• Basic knowledge of accounting and finance principles.
• Understanding of taxation and tax calculations.
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Experience with Oracle accounting software will be an advantage.
