Builds up and maintain good relationship with the customer . •Enhance insurance knowledge in various class of insurance. •Control and manage the renewal for each team. •Provides quotation to meet the client’s need. •Understands and follows the Underwriting guidelines. •Communicate with other department concerns in order to meet the client’s needs and complete our tasks Receives the claim notification by phone, fax, counter service at branch. •Provides and clarify the terms & conditions to the clients. •Generates more premiums from our existing clients by cross selling. •Provides Monthly Report and submit to the Team Leader. •Reviews the current policy conditions and try to improve better coverage by introduce new conditions and/or generate more premium
