System Engineer

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Responsibilities • Consult, design, implementation and maintenance (Setup, configuration, sustaining, security, DR) of the Company IT policy and backbone servers such as mail/DNS/ AD/ proxy/ firewall server etc. , storage systems preferred and network systems. Able to train operators to operate • Carry out other duties as assigned and assist in the coordinating of tasks/activities where necessary • Provide day-to-day support to user queries and customer advice • Support to trouble shoot and maintain computer/server and networking systems. Investigate the outage and find the action plan to avoid further outage

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Qualifications: • Male Thai Nationality only. • Bachelor's degree or higher in computer Engineering / Computer Science / IT or related fields. • Thai nationality only. • 0-3 years’ experience in Computer Engineering, System Administration, Software Engineer or System Engineer. • Knowledge of Enterprise products e.g. server, storage, blade, switch etc. preferred • Have experience in Linux and Unix Server. • Excellent communication and customer service skills and the ability and desire to work in a collaborative team environment • Strong interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a high pressure environment • Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks with minimal direction
