• - Receive complaint from the bank and check the facts and report the result to the bank. - Get complaints about agent behavior and fraud from ccc, parent, cim, cashier, customer feedback, One stop service. - Ask about the benefits of sales. - Check the documents for the payment of benefits to the agent for approval. - Check the termination document. - Check the Issue documents. - Review of relocation, transfer of agents.

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - Bachelor's degree in Law or related field. - At least 3 years experience. - Experience in law firm or legal department is preferred - Life insurance business background is preferred - Ability to provide advice to others on techniques or communication methods. - Ability to use English (listening, speaking, reading and writing) effectively.
