หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• - Coordinate with Hotel, Hall for event hall and accommodation, Coordinate with other departments for event joining and booth setup - Handle event registration system and event satisfaction score - Design communication plan to promote event to all agent - Arrange training class for agent to improve their social media skill and educate them on KTAXA Brand Guideline - Involve with IT security and Brand to contact agent whose website or Fb breach KTAXA digital permit, and follow up the case until that website have been adjusted completely. - Collaborate with Brand and Comm. Team to create database of facebook created by Agent to monitor and control easily. - Manage official Agency Fanpage (FB:iLoveAgency) by screening new member and delete

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• - 1 Years experiences in business with sales,Event management and communications handling - Familiar with various with communication tools and method - Computer literacy in MS office (Excel) Able to work with team, Able to travel in the up-country (if require)
