Non Policy Payment (Accounting) - Contract Staff

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Main Job Description: -Vendor payment and staff reimbursement -Review the correctness of expenses. -Receiving invoices, pay cheque and send cheque to vendors. -Prepare voucher for allocation expense. -Vendor payment for urgent cases. -Review the correctness and appropriated approval of documents including record payment transaction and prepare cheque for vendors in System. -Review the correctness and appropriated approval of documents including record payment transaction in PeopleSoft system and prepare file transfer for staff reimbursement -Review the correctness and appropriated approval of document including record payment transaction in PeopleSoft system and prepare file transfer for petty cash, advance staff and medical check up reimbursement

คุณสมบัติ

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Qualification: - Bachelor degree in accounting. - Good computer literacy especially MS excel. - At least 3 years experience in accounting field Taxation background is preferred.
